This site shares our prices, hours, and what’s fresh, lets you enter the giveaway, and points you to call us to reserve an order. Orders and pickup are arranged by phone — the site itself doesn’t take payment.

Prices, sizes, and availability change with the catch and the season, and can change without notice. The numbers on the site are a guide — call ahead to confirm what’s in and to reserve, because weekends sell out.

The giveaway has its own rules, including who can enter and how winners are picked and notified. We aim to run it most weeks but don’t guarantee it, and we may skip, pause, change, or end it at any time. See the giveaway rules. No purchase is necessary, and the giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.

Please don’t submit false information, enter the giveaway as someone else, or try to break, overload, or misuse the site. We may remove entries or block access if someone abuses it.

We sell fresh and steamed shellfish. Shellfish is a common allergen, and our crabs are prepared where shellfish and seasonings are present. If you have a food allergy, let us know when you order — you’re responsible for deciding what’s safe for you to eat.

The site is provided “as is.” We work to keep the information accurate and the site available, but we don’t guarantee it’s always correct, complete, or uninterrupted.

To the extent the law allows, Karkinosisn’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can’t legally be limited.

The site links to other places, like our social pages and ordering partners. We’re not responsible for their content or their terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site means you accept the changes.
